Arlington Texas Gated Communities

Arlington Texas gated communities are smaller by design. The homes are generally built between 1985 through 2000 with some rare exceptions to newer construction. The communities are located either North of I-30 or in the Southwest quadrant of the city. There are some amazing price points on occasion in some of these pocket communites with prices starting at $170,000 and moving upward from ther to the more exclusive neighbohoods such as Interlochen where homes will start in the $800,000 range.

North Arlington locations will include Interlochen, Hampden Woods and Enclave of Shady Valley. These homes are all custom in nature. Hampden Woods is a well established neighborhood with a private pond, jogging trails and is very private. The home prices of Hampden Woods start at $500,000.The community is gaurded and gated. Interlochen is a small community with 40 home sites. The homes are very expensive with and land some of the most prestigous executives in Tarrant County. The Enclave at Shady Valley is a new construction neighborhood with Liongate as the featured home builder. Prices are starting at $250,000 in the community.

Southwest Arlington features Bay Club,Tuscany Lakes and Waterfront at Enchanted Bay. There are many other small pocket communities as well and the availablity varies throughout the year. Bay Club is both gaurded and gated with custom homes ranging in price from 350,000 to 750,000. The community has private access to Lake Arlington. Tuscany Lakes is newer construction with prices starting at $275,000 up to $400,000.Waterfront at Enchanted Bay is a Lake Arlington location with private lake access and on occasion homes on the waterfront lots.
