The gated communities East of Highway 287 are in general smaller in lot size however ther are exception to this. The Arbors of Creekwood, Knightsbridge and Waterford Park are very popular with executives relocating to the Mansfield area.

The Arbors of Creekwood is a mixture of custom homes situated in the back portion of the neighborhood that is truly exclusive. There are lots that are as large as 1.75 acres and the prices range between $450,000 to $750,000.Knightsbridge is a new home community that is on the high end in price. The community is in the infancystages and is building at a solid pace with prices starting at $500,000 and moving upwards from there. Waterford Park is a mixture of custom and builder spec homes with prices ranging from $325,000 up to $475,000.
