The primary inventory for these lots are located in 3 areas of the city. The areas are Southwest along the Highway 287 corridor, the Lake Arlington area and the North side of the city outside of I-30.The price range for these properties will generally run between $30,000 up to $1,000,000.

These lots are generally located in the more expensive home areas in the city. There is no consistency to the type of neighborhood as there are offerings in both established neighborhoods as well as new home communities.
